Taught by trained facilitators who have firsthand experience, this course provides essential information and a supportive community, whether you attend in person or online. What You’ll Learn: How to identify and respond to mental health symptoms in youth Evidence-based treatment options and how the brain is affected Navigating mental health services, schools, and juvenile justice systems Building communication and problem-solving skills Self-care strategies for caregivers How to find hope and connection through shared experiences Each session builds on the last, offering tools, understanding, and encouragement in a confidential, judgment-free space.
