Heather Baxter for South Dakota Secretary of State

The maximum any individual or entity may contribute is $4,000 per person, per year. Married couples may contribute a maximum of $8,000 per year. There are no statutory limits on contributions from a PAC, political party or any candidate committee.

The Friends of Heather Baxter is required to report the name and mailing address of all individual contributors exceeding $100 in any calendar year.

Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income purposes.
