Meet Bayly Winder

Bayly Winder is a dedicated public servant and national security expert who has spent his career advancing American interests at home and abroad.

He served under both Democratic and Republican presidents — first at the State Department on Iran policy, and later at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where he served as an advisor to Samantha Power. When USAID was dismantled, Bayly knew he couldn't sit on the sidelines.

Now, Bayly is running for Congress in New Jersey’s 2nd District to restore foreign aid.

A Voice for USAID: We need champions in Congress to restore foreign aid. Bayly knows foreign assistance is not charity — it’s a strategic investment that creates jobs at home, strengthens alliances abroad, and keeps America safe.
