We are so excited to serve our neighbors in the North Side through meaningful music education and academic assistance for the 24-25 academic year.

This program is lead by our instructor Drey Riffle and director Georgia English, and uses You Be You's original songwriting curriculum to support students in literacy, social-emotional skills, and self-expression through music.

We will provide weekly programming in the Northview Heights Apartments as well as in-school programming bi-weekly at Pittsburgh Public's King K-8, where Northview residents are zoned for school.

This is a partnership between the school's community support wing, the Northview Heights Apartments, and You Be You Inc.

Program structure:

First hour: academic assistance and literacy
Second hour: MUSIC!!! (Music production, ukulele, songwriting, keyboard!)
