Mentoring a More Diverse Healthcare Workforce

Our mission is simple: Increasing diversity in healthcare through mentorship, scholarship and education by elevating underrepresented groups along each step of their career path.  We pair students with mentors in healthcare, providing clinical experiences for students and enabling them to envision themselves in that space.  All of your donations are directed toward student scholarships, financial support for students and recruiting student + mentor participants.
