Since launching Be Infinite, we’ve raised over $18,000 to help build a more inclusive and equitable future in beauty. These funds have allowed us to cover rent for our Oakland training space, host our first fundraiser event, become a state-recognized apprenticeship program, pay our educators and trainers, and invest in marketing, outreach, and education tools.

While we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together, we know we still have a long road ahead. Your continued support is essential as we work toward fully funding tuition for future apprentices, sustaining educator pay, and expanding access to holistic, trauma-informed training that changes lives.

Be Infinite was founded in 2022 by Vee Vargas (she/her/ella) as the apprentice project arm of her salon, Be Here, which is dedicated to luxury hair service. Vee identified the opportunity for folx to have increased access to economic empowerment and creative expression through the luxury cosmetology industry. Combined with her personal and professional experience in trauma-informed education and mentorship, she brings a unique skill set to the industry that sets participants up for long term, holistic success.
