Your generosity helps advance the missions of the Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson's and the Bernard Norman Frank Foundation for Parkinson's. Both support efforts to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by Parkinson's disease.

Please note that your donation receipt and future event communications will be sent from the Bernard Norman Frank Foundation for Parkinson's (BNF). The Foundation is a Missouri nonprofit organization that has applied for federal tax-exempt status and is currently awaiting final IRS determination.

Pedal in Place at the Race is organized and administered by the Bernard Norman Frank Foundation for Parkinson's. After payment of reasonable event expenses, net proceeds from this event will benefit the Davis Phinney Foundation, the Bernard Norman Frank Foundation, and their programs and efforts to support people living with Parkinson's disease.

The Bernard Norman Frank Foundation for Parkinson's has applied for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is awaiting IRS determination.

The Bernard Norman Frank Foundation for Parkinson's is pending tax-exempt approval under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No goods or services were provided in exchange for this contribution unless otherwise noted. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law retroactive to the date of incorporation if final approval is granted. Application to the IRS is in progress.
