Best Buddy Future Leaders is a teen-led mentorship program where high school students serve as big brothers and big sisters for middle schoolers (grades 5–8). Our program provides free academic support, leadership guidance, and a safe, supportive space to discuss school, personal goals, stress, and the exciting transition to high school.

Unlike traditional advice from adults, Best Buddy Future Leaders offers real, relatable guidance from students who understand what it’s like to navigate middle school and prepare for high school. Our mission is simple: to help every student feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed—both academically and personally.

By pairing middle schoolers with high school mentors, we create a positive, empowering environment where students can grow, ask questions, and develop leadership skills—all while having a trusted peer by their side.
