The total Chapter dues this semester will be $97. This form is for James Li and will be used to pay the 4 weekly installments that will add up to $97. Each installment will be $24.25 and will be due each Saturday until October 18th. So the respective due dates will be September 27th, October 4th, October 11th, and October 18th. Please make your weekly payments repeatedly on this form, and please let me know if you have any problems making this payment. 

Please remember NOT to tip Givebutter, you do this by going to the tips section clicking “other” and entering in “0”. We cannot issue you a refund if you decide to tip, so make sure to check your payment information carefully!
