Hello! My name is Ellie Thomas and I am the treasurer of Hands Across the Globe. I am raising money to go on a service trip to Costa Rica. This trip is important to me because I want to be able to help the local community. In Costa Rica, we will volunteer our time at an underprivileged school. Additionally, we will service the environment through volunteering at a sea turtle conservatory. 25% of all our donations will go towards supporting the school in Costa Rica. I am really proud of what this club has accomplished. In the past, we have painted rain barrels and raised money for the homeless through a sleepout. Please help me reach my fundraising goal so we can go on this service trip and help the community!
