The Incredible Story of Mass Murder in the Cameroons

The Ngar-Buh massacre shone a big spotlight on the deepening genocide that is occurring in the Northwest and Southwest regions of the Cameroons. Out of the 23 people, either shot as they escaped or burnt alive as they slept in their homes at about 4:00 am on February 14, 15 were children and the rest women and a few men. These statistics accentuate how women and children have been disproportionately affected. Your choice to support this fund-drive is a choice to stand up for humanity. It is a choice to send a loud message of support to the traumatized families from Ngar-Buh who saw their neighbors slaughtered and set on fire and are now hiding either in remote villages or in the bushes. It is a loud cry of protest that as a people, no matter where we are in the world when atrocious acts of depravity are committed on our kind, we stand tall for the victims. Join us in solidarity with Ngar-Buh victims, and all the other victims all over Bui, whose stories, though equally devastating, have received neither attention nor condemnation.
