Care Beyond the Boulevard is the only street medicine team in Kansas City. We provide free medical services in both mobile and stationary clinics throughout the week.

We also operate Kansas City's only standalone homeless medical respite facility, which will soon become Kansas City's first year-round low barrier homeless shelter.

On top of these services, we also offer physical therapy, psychology, psychiatry, dental, case management, social support services and much more. All services are open to the entire community, with no barriers to care, and free of cost.

This year, we have noticed an increase in the number of people in need of our services. Many of the patients we are seeing have never experienced homelessness in the past. Many more are not currently homeless but have lost their medical coverage or do not have the money for a co-pay and their prescriptions.

With more and more people needing our help, we in turn need all of your help.
