Dance Therapy Saturday, April 25, 2-4 pm

Set your body and spirit free in a Miriam-inspired dance journey, allowing yourself to be danced as you explore the body’s wisdom through rhythm, shape, and expression, release what feels heavy, and close with reflection and connection. Please bring a journal and pen and water. You do not need a mat.
