Why Invest in Black Leaders Collective

Black-led change requires Black-led resourcing. That's the whole idea behind BLC — communities closest to a problem are also closest to the solution, and they deserve the resources to build it themselves.

Since 2020, your investment has helped BLC bring hundreds of Black leaders across Central Texas to the same table — training them, healing them, connecting them, and backing the systems change they're pushing for in education, health, housing, and economic mobility. That's the Black Men's Health Clinic. That's the State of Black Education. That's coalitions on homelessness that didn't exist before. That's leaders who are more resilient, more connected, and more ready to lead for the long haul.
