1h Private Spiritual Direction: FREE* 

90m Private Yoga + S.D.:  $25 to $35*

30m Private Yoga: $25 to $35

30m Private Breath + Prayer: $25 to $35

2h Group S.D. + Yoga (3 sessions): $35 to $45*

Consider the lower rate if you need a little support and consider the higher rate if you can give a little support. Additional donations are also gratefully accepted! 

*Spiritual Direction is FREE through 2021 as I complete my certification.
