Our intention is to make sure our actions and programming support our beliefs. Which is why we are proud to offer sound bath experiences every 3rd Sunday!

Third Sunday Sound Bath Series | From 5:30pm - 7:00pm | September 2023 through June 2024:

Immerse yourself in sound and meditation; emerge cleansed and renewed! BMS hosts a series of monthly evening sound baths. Participants experience the soothing sounds of resonant instruments and meditation to align your body and mind. These offerings bring a calming and mindful transition and are ideal way to end the weekend and to start a new week.

This month’s practitioner is Michele Schifferle- Marzulli

About: Michele, a cellist and multi-instrumentalist, works with sound and music as a vessel for well being and support. Music has the ability to heal, feel and connect. She has worked the past 25 years as a performer and as an educator in Early Childhood Education and Music. Currently, Michele can be found facilitating Sound Mediations around NYC. I love sharing this practice. We are able, together, to create an intentional space for wellness, clarity and support in what you need.
