At BMS Family Health & Wellness Centers, we serve more than 18,000 patients annually in Brownsville and East New York—communities that have faced decades of systemic disinvestment and some of the deepest health inequities in New York State. For many of our neighbors, we are more than a health center. We are a trusted source of care when everything else feels uncertain.

Coverage can change. Access shouldn't.

This year, we've heard that worry in exam rooms, at community health screenings, and through our outreach teams working directly in public housing developments. People are afraid—afraid of losing insurance, afraid they won't be able to afford care, afraid of what happens when they can no longer access the services that keep them and their families healthy.

BMS removes that fear. Whether our patients are insured or uninsured, we are here. We don't turn anyone away.
