Now that you've started a monthly donation, you've joined an elite club: The Bookmark Club.

Libraries don't run on good intentions. They run on people like you who show up, month after month, because you believe that access to knowledge, stories, and community is a fundamental human right—not a luxury.

The Library receives its basic funding from the City of Alexandria. Foundation support from your donation helps bridge the gap between public support and the costs of additional programming and funding of special projects.

As a Bookmark Club member, your monthly gift is the steady current that keeps Alexandria's library thriving all year long. Not just when there's a crisis. Not just when someone notices. Every single month.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. You're what a library champion looks like. ❤️🏆
