Help BOSS build a stronger, sustainable and more connected community.

Building skills, sharing tools, creating safer spaces, making it possible for our community to build together. At BOSS, Building Out Safer Spaces, we're growing into a community-powered space for learning, collaboration, and mutual support. Founded in Tucson in 2022, we grew out of hands-on community projects and a belief that building things together builds more than just things. It builds a space where confidence soars, and belonging is a given.

We are a queer-centered, trans-founded shop space where women, queer, trans, and femme of center community members can learn trades, work on creative projects, and get comfortable using tools in an intentional supportive environment. We're building something bigger than a workshop. Through hands-on workshops, apprentice shop days, and creative skill shares, we're making practical skills more accessible and working on projects that serve our community. And we can't build this alone. Our community has shown up, shared knowledge, donated time and materials, and made BOSS what it is today. Your contribution, whether that's $5, $50, materials, or your time, helps keep the doors open. We believe everybody has something to contribute and everybody deserves access to learn. If you believe in what we're building, we invite you to be part of it. Donate today, become a member, or volunteer your time. Thank you for helping us build a safer, more creative, and more connected community.
