Boss Girl Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded by an 11-year-old girl who identified disparity gaps between men and women in income, power, and respect. We aim to empower more female leaders to improve economic balance and social respect by: 

- strengthening the voice of girls

- educating girls about business, politics, finance, and economics

- social media literacy

- mental healing

- exposing girls to new people, places, and opportunities
