Thanks for considering sponsorship of this year's Boston Festival of Indie Games!

Our entry level, no frills Indie Sponsor package gives you and your project a great, affordable presence at the Festival while also providing support to the BostonFIG mission.

Boston Festival of Indie Games details:

When: Saturday, October 3, 2026, 10am-5pm Eastern
Where: Cyclorama, 539 Tremont St, Boston, MA 02116

Indie Sponsors receive a (roughly) 10’x10’ booth during the show including pipe & drape, a table & chairs, 2 tickets for the Fest, and the opportunity to share your project with the 1000+ fans that will attend! As we have limited Indie Sponsorships available, we are requiring interested organizations to apply for the chance to be selected. The application fee of $25 is nonrefundable and grants you one ticket to the Festival (a $5 savings over regular ticket price!) if not selected. If selected, a balance of $375 will be due. Applications close August 1st and you'll receive word on acceptance on or about August 31st with a one week period to accept.

If you submitted to the Showcase, your $400 fee will also be discounted by your submission fee paid.

If $400 is out of reach for your organization, reach out to sales@bostonfig.com. We’ll provide a code to you, and for everyone who uses that code to purchase their attendee ticket, they'll get a ticket discount and you’ll get a $10 off the booth cost up to $100.

BostonFIG is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that celebrates independent game development in New England, across the United States, and around the globe. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment for everybody who enjoys and appreciates games in any shape or form.

The organization seeks to support and showcase the efforts of independent game developers, as well nurture young aspiring game creators from diverse backgrounds.

BostonFIG is a volunteer-operated organization, which means that all of the funds we raise with our programming go back into creating new programs for our beneficiaries– the indie games community, the general public, and supporters.
