This will be my fourth year participating in the Box Dweller fundraiser! I am the director of the Western Kentucky University Training Resource Center, where we seek to support and educate foster/adoptive parents and young people in care. I choose to participate in this event because about 50% of the U.S. homeless population spent time in foster care and, sadly, many experience homelessness upon aging out of care. I wholeheartedly support the mission of HOPE Calloway as they work to support families and individuals facing homelessness and hope you will too.
