Ready4Work

Our Ready For Work program for Young Adults begins September 6, 2022. This is a new 5 week program for young adults aged 18-25 in the NPU-V. The program serves young adults living in our community who are currently not working in their ideal career or who are unemployed.

During the program, participants will have generalized instruction for job readiness as well as individualized attention to create a plan moving forward to achieve their employment goals. Following the 5 week intensive, participants will have the opportunity to participate in an apprenticeship, internship, or be connected to another job program leading to further education in a specific field.
