This journey is a unique chance to contribute to meaningful change and build lasting connections with Black communities in Panama.

We will be joined by members of the Espacio Encuentro de Mujeres, who will enrich our conversations around migration, climate, reproductive justice, and racial justice. The delegation will include Black migrant organizers, allies, and AfroResistance board and staff.

Itinerary Highlights

Arrival: October 20th in Panama City.
Darién Visit: October 21st to engage with Black communities impacted by migration.
Meetings & Gatherings: October 22nd-24th with various organizations.
Portobelo Visit: Optional on October 25th to explore the rich history and culture of this significant port.
Departure: October 26th.
