We are SO excited to be raising money (and awareness) in order to formally register EZRA Foundation as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We have secured wonderful board members and now we are seeking funds to cover all associated costs with forming a nonprofit. With nonprofit status, we will be able to accept tax-deductible donations as well as seek grants for projects that further the EZRA Foundation's mission. We aim to officially file by August 3, 2024, which is Ezra's birthday. 

 

Our mission is evolving, but at its core, we want this work to be an extension of our lifework—celebrating nature, animals, and kindness.
