Building Brave Leaders: Empowering Individuals and Organizations for Lasting Change

Brave Leadership believes empowered leadership is the foundation for transformation in behavioral health and human services. Through a multi-layered approach, our programs support both individual and organizational growth, building pathways toward healthier, more resilient communities.

With the successful launch of our Unsung Heroes Summits, we’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact of our workforce development programs—100% of attendees recommend the event to their friends and colleagues. Feedback from participants described the summit as one of the most “exceptional” and “superior” learning experiences they’ve ever attended, showcasing Brave Leadership’s commitment to delivering impactful and transformative leadership training. Unsung Heroes Summits in Storm Lake and Ames in spring/summer 2025 will continue Brave Leadership's program expansion for nonprofit leaders across Iowa.  

In addition to organizational transformation, Brave Leadership is currently developing a personal leadership program designed to liberate individuals from the hold of unhealthy habits and behaviors. With a focus on self-awareness, personal resilience, and empowered decision-making, this intensive learning experience coaches participants through a journey toward lasting change and freedom, fostering skills they can bring into every area of their lives.

With your support, we can expand these initiatives, bringing them to more individuals and organizations.
