This fight is for all those that have lost HOPE. For the immigrant families separated because of “improper” documentation. For the innocent children locked up in cages, powerless with no physical strength to stand up and run out. For those that end up homeless with nowhere to go and no one to turn to. For all those women that have lost faith in their significant other, left with pain and disappointment due to bruises & broken promises that causes them to feel voiceless. For all the broken families, the broken hearts, and to help empower them to find the courage to rise into the space that is theirs to fill with their own light and take their power back. 

Anyone who knows me personally knows that I’m extremely passionate about serving the world,  especially the Latino community. I feel and understand their pain. There’s a reason why it is said that those who love the most have experienced greater pain. I know what it’s like to be taken from and grow up without your parents, to not have a roof over your head. To see your mother be physically abused by a coward. To feel limited because of a piece of paper that “proves you’re free”,  or because we were born on the “wrong” side of the border.
