As a child growing up, I've always been a competitive kind of guy. One who doesn't turn down an opportunity for facing a good challenge and bettering myself. In the midst of accepting new challenges and perfecting my craft, I have also, always had a big heart and an open mind, as well as a desire to help others under any circumstance.
When presented with the opportunity to "brawl" for Friends To The Forlorn, a Pitbull rescue organization, I immediately accepted. Aware of my profound love for Pitbull's and a desire to take my boxing career to the next level, I knew instantly that this was something God had sculpted just for me. Being able to raise money and fight for animals that are neglected and treated unfairly on a daily basis means more than a lot to me.
I've always heard "Dog is a man's best friend." I strongly believe that any animal should always be given a second chance to live the life that they deserve. Especially an animal that is being mistreated simply because of a stereotype based upon their breed.
I hope and pray in my heart that whomever may run across this, that you find it in your heart to help and support this cause. In advance, thank you all, so very much.
