The Cody Dieruf Foundation was formed in March of 2006 in honor of Cody Dieruf who passed away from Cystic Fibrosis at 23 years old. We assist families with our three programs which include:

1. Helping with travel expenses, copays, and insurance deductibles related to speciality treatment and care for anybody with CF in Montana.
2. Offering Recreation and Fitness Scholarships for health related activities for anybody with CF in Montana.
3. An annual Mothers Retreat called “We Walk Together” that brings emotional support for mothers of cystic fibrosis children, who are caring for children with chronic illness. Open to all that apply.
