Every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, yet disadvantaged students face barriers to accessing essential resources and support. RCEF’s Bridging the Gap Grants aims to change that.

With a goal of $40,000, these funds will support equity-based projects in Redwood City School District (RCSD) classrooms.

Over 400 teachers across 12 schools can apply for mini-grants to create impactful learning experiences—whether by providing culturally relevant or specialized learning materials, supporting inclusive classroom environments, or creating enrichment opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.

Instructions for DAF:

Click "Donate" and select the amount you'd like to give.
In the payment method section, select "Donor Advised Fund (DAFpay)" and choose your DAF provider.
Log in to your account.
Then follow these steps:
- Select "Grant" to begin your donation.
- Enter "Redwood City Education Foundation" as the organization name.
- Use our Tax ID: 94-2903141 to identify RCEF.
- Specify in the notes section that your donation is for the Bridging the Gap Grants.
- Submit the grant request.
