The ERC Cook Book is a collection of favorite recipes shared by employees and clients of RBR Alliance, Blue River Services, and Rauch, Inc. Each recipe reflects the diverse talents, cultures, and traditions that make up our Employee Relations Committe (ERC).

Priced at $10, this cook book is more than just a collection of great food, it’s a way to give back. All proceeds from sales will be reinvested directly into the ERC, helping support and expand employee relations initiatives, programs, and activities that strengthen connection, inclusion, and engagement across our organizations.
