I'm thrilled to lace up my shoes and run the 2024 Chicago Marathon for Big Shoulders Fund! 

For more than 37 years, Big Shoulders Fund has helped Chicago’s children in need achieve their dreams through access to a quality, values-based education. We accomplish this by investing more than $40 million annually in scholarship support and academic enrichment for students, operational improvements for schools, leadership development programs for the next generation of school leaders, and academic programs and professional development for teachers.

 Running with the Big Shoulders Fund team gives me the chance to combine my love for running with my desire to make a positive impact in our community. Each step I take will help provide access to quality education, which gives me a sense of purpose and motivation like never before. I can't wait to hit the pavement and be a part of something truly meaningful on race day!
