“Hello! My name is Parker Jones, and I am a member of the National Honor Society at Park City High School. I am excited to be a part of an organization that truly makes a difference in the world. This year, the annual NHS 5K will rely on pledges to reach our charitable goals. I, along with all other NHS members, will be collecting donations from friends and family for the run on May 24th, 2025. This year I am choosing to run in honor of those who paid the ultimate price to protect our freedoms here in the United States. Every year, this event allows us to honor those we have lost, while supporting amazing causes. My goal is to raise 500$ through pledges, which our National Honor Society will use to fund our Indigenous shelter construction project in Colombia, and the Artificial reef restoration project in Bali this summer. As well as nonprofits like Labs for Liberty and the Homeless Youth Center in Salt Lake. Please consider helping us out!
