RISS — Reentry Infrastructure Systems & Services — is building a new model for reintegration after incarceration by treating reentry as infrastructure rather than a collection of disconnected programs.

Building RISS: The Beginning represents the first public step toward turning that vision into reality.

RISS is being designed as an integrated environment combining stable housing, workforce development, educational opportunities, transportation support, healthcare access, and community engagement into a system intentionally built around long-term stability, accountability, dignity, and opportunity after incarceration.

For too long, reentry has relied primarily on fragmented services and short-term interventions while the underlying conditions that create instability often remain unchanged. RISS is being built differently — as real reintegration infrastructure designed around the understanding that environment shapes outcomes.

This campaign helps move the project from planning and development into the next phase of public launch, infrastructure preparation, outreach, operational development, and long-term campus creation.
