Building Hope in Mondovì, Italy

In just two weeks, the senior class of Oklahoma Academy will be traveling to Mondovì, Italy to assist with cleaning, repairs, and renovation work on a property that will soon serve as a small community health center.

We will be partnering with La via Migliore (“The Better Way”), a ministry focused on sharing practical health education and compassionate care. This center will be a place where individuals and families can receive guidance in whole-person wellness — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Our students will be:

• Cleaning and preparing interior spaces
• Assisting with light renovation projects
• Improving the surrounding grounds
• Helping transform a building into a welcoming space of hope

This isn’t just a trip — it’s hands-on service learning. Our seniors will experience what it means to serve beyond borders, work hard for something bigger than themselves, and be part of building something that will bless a community for years to come.

We need to raise $12,000 to make this mission possible. So far, we have raised $3,000.
