Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! Many of you know my story with BvB Dallas by now. 15 years ago at the Finegold's house and a few restaurant booths, we never dreamed it would turn into what it is today. The tenacity of the volunteers, leaders, and young professionals that have advanced this organization is so inspiring! They make me hopeful that we will find a cure for this terrible disease in my lifetime.
I joined the organization originally for the good of the cause and because I could play flag football. Since then, there are 3 simple reasons why I fundraise today.
1. My grandfather Duncan "Big D" Fulton was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and succumbed to the disease in 2016. I fundraise in memory of him.
2. My grandmother Christine "Gran" Fulton was his steadfast caregiver over the years and towards the end of his life was diagnosed with Alzheimer's as well. I fundraise in honor of her. And finally,
3. My now 4 year old daughter, Indie Christine May who I pray does not have to know the affects of Alzheimer's in her grandparents or myself. I fundraise so her future will have a cure for Alzheimer's disease.
Please consider donating to this cause today. No donation is too small. A $25 donation will get you into the game and after-party on Saturday, August 13th at the Cotton Bowl. Thank you for helping us TACKLE ALZHEIMER'S.
BvB Love,
Greer May
