Support Bwindi Conservation for Generations with building school library bookshelves

Many thanks for your interest to support the Bwindi Conservation for Generations foundation with raising funds. We are hoping to provide 5 schools in the southern sector of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest with bookshelves for their library. This will make such a big difference for the children in these schools. Having a better library, including books about nature and conservation, will create the next generation of conservationists!

Each set of bookshelves costs $150, and it costs $30 to transport to a school. So the total per school is $180. We are hoping to equip 5 schools with bookshelves, for a total budget of $900.

Your contribution via Sahaya International (a USA based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization), will be forwarded to our program.  We have a good partnership with Sahaya International. There are, of course, fees for credit card usage, and we appreciate any coverage of those fees.
