❓ Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register to bid in the auction?
Once you receive your ticket confirmation email, click the “Auction” tab at the top of this page and select “Register to Bid.” If a couple plans to share a bid number, only one person needs to register.

What should I wear?
This is a formal gala—but we won’t judge your favorite jeans if that’s your style! Dinner will be enjoyed alfresco on the HFA field, so ladies may want to opt for flats or wedges over heels. A quick weather check before you head out is also a smart move!

When should I arrive?
Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the first section of the silent auction closes at 6:00 PM. Arriving early gives you the best chance to bid on your favorite items!

Do I need to pay for drinks?
Nope! Enjoy our signature Padre Punch, along with wine, beer, and soft drinks—on us.

What does my ticket support?
Proceeds from the Grand Gala support the ongoing operational expenses of Holy Family Academy.

What are the meal options?
Dinner will be catered by Babbo Italian Eatery and is designed to accommodate options for most dietary needs. For unique dietary restrictions please contact us at office@hfaemail.org.

Where can I park?
Parking is available in the front campus lot on Greenfield Road. Overflow parking has also been generously provided by Staybridge Inn & Suites, located directly across the street.
