About Us:

Tree of Life and Love Mission was created based on a word of God being dropped into our hearts. Many years ago God placed on our hearts to create a program to help children and youth. Our mission was and still is to empower children and youth by revealing their identity in Christ, developing necessary skills, and releasing the joy of the Holy Spirit. We want to provide a safe space to be heard, understood, and spoken to by using God’s word. We want God to be the center of it all.

As we have been waiting patiently for God’s time and his perfect plan, we have heard about multiple mission including Congo specifically in the town of Lodja. In this Town Paul and Marty Law quickly realized that there was a huge need to share the love of Jesus with children in the area. Marty took the initiative to start a special Bible program on Wednesday afternoons after school. They started this program with stories, colorful felt graphics, scripture memory, and time for outdoor play. The program welcomes children from the ages of 4 to 14 to learn about Jesus in a fun and meaningful way.

The response was amazing! In just a short time over 200 children gathered each week, excited to learn about the Bible and play with friends. Now the ministry averages 250 to 300 children at times. Most of these children sit on mats on the dirt floors. The children love to color together with crayons donated to the cause. They come to listen to their teachers teach about Jesus.

Tree of Life and Love mission is to help these missionaries here in Congo and across the world serve the children in the world and get the love of Christ spread to their hearts.

Marty and her team translate the bible lessons into Otetela, the local language, and established a solid program at the mission, Marty and her team have dedicated their time and effort to help the children memorize bible verses, and explore scripture.

As of today the ministry touches the lives of hundreds of children across four different churches around Lodja, giving the kids the chance to grow in faith, friendship, and joy. This vibrant ministry shows that even the youngest members of the community can be part of God’s story and carry His word with them, shaping their lives for years to come.

Our mission here at Tree of Life and Love is to embrace the already set out missions and help them build the funds by receiving donated vehicles to help expand their vision and reach more children across the world. The word of God should be embraced by the generations behind us. This mission has partnered with Impact Church in Sparks Maryland to help bring new life, into the future of our children. This mission would like to not only help Congo but also eventually reach the children here in the United States and other countries across the world to change the trajectory of the lives of the children as they are being brought up in this world.

Let’s bring back hope, love, and kindness. Let’s help the children of this world become stronger in faith, in their love of Christ our savior and become growing assets of this world. We want to work with the children with love, honesty, truth, integrity, and fellowship. We would like to help A Growing Children’s Ministry in Lodja and other missions across the world to grow through fun, and experiences to help build their character, confidence, which will allow them to build resilience, as they continue to grow with Christ.
