TLDR: Help fund additional community rowing programming benefiting Baltimore kids. 

Some of you know I spent a little time rowing in college. Over the years, I wanted to join Baltimore Community Rowing (BCR) but had to wait to have enough free time, meaning the kids were driving themselves around! I have been there all summer and it's a fantastic program. This fundraiser is aimed at helping city kids try rowing, and have a chance not only to learn how to row, but to build the personal qualities rowing requires like dedication, focus, and teamwork.

Our fundraising goal for the 2023 Baltimore Burn Ergathon is $30,000. 

• These funds will support the formation of a new, fee-free rowing program for Baltimore City Public School students in 2024: the Baltimore Rowing League. 
• Every $10,000 raised funds coaching, equipment, and resources for one team --with the equipment purchased also benefiting our ability to upgrade our fleet over time for the entirety of BCR.

Each team will row 60,000 meters (that's a lot!) For every $25 more than $3000 we raise, they will knock 500 M off our total meters, and cutting down that distance would be super!
