Over the past decade, psychedelics have completely transformed my life. As the founder of Dose of Vitality, I’ve made it my mission to support people in reconnecting with nature, creativity, and their highest selves through microdosing mentorship, movement & meditation practices, sound, and regenerative wellness. Our vision is to create a future where healing with the Earth is not only accepted, but celebrated. Last year, I partnered with PORTAL to support their Bicycle Day event at Meow Wolf Denver, offering sound healing and harm reduction support.
