Decriminalize Nature Oakland was the very first city to decriminalize psychedelic plants and fungi through community organizing, education, and advocacy.ย
Since passing our resolution in 2019 Decriminalize Nature has already empowered volunteers in more than 25 cities to decriminalize naturally occurring psychedelics in their communitiesย but we need your support to make California the next place to do this statewide!
TAKE ACTION:
Our policies work to defund and de-prioritize the prosecution of "crimes" related to the cultivation, personal use, and sharing of entheogenic plants and fungi containing psilocybin/ psilocin, DMT, mescaline and iboga.
Odds are - you or someone you know has experienced the healing benefits of these sacred plants and mushrooms.
MAKE A DONATION TODAY to ensure no one goes to jail for engaging with these gifts from nature!
