I joined the DAP board because I wholeheartedly believe in our shared mission to eliminate domestic abuse and violence. Having witnessed firsthand the profound impact this issue has on individuals, families, and communities, I remain amazed by the healing work carried out by DAP. Thanks to your support last year, we achieved our goal of ensuring every individual received treatment without any waitlist. Now, we’re poised to replicate that success this year and extend our impact by raising broader awareness. It’s surprising that many people are unaware they could be either victims or perpetrators, and the longer they remain trapped in the cycle of abuse, the greater the harm. By expanding awareness and reaching more individuals in need, we take a significant step toward achieving our ultimate goal.
