We are hosting our Cristo Rey Tampa Salesian High School Dream Gala on November 15, 2024 - a Semi-formal evening filled with hopes and dreams! This year's fundraiser will be at the Academy of the Holy Names Brady Center. We are so grateful for the Academy’s generosity in sponsoring this year's event and look forward to hosting our Gala at their beautiful campus on Bayshore Blvd.

Cristo Rey Tampa serves high schoolers whose families have limited resources. It opens the opportunity for a bright future and promotes the development of contributing members of our Tampa Bay community and the local faith community.

OUR MISSION

Strengthening the confidence and aspirations of students from families with limited resources and empowering them to build fulfilling lives that advance the common good.

OUR PROGRAM

Cristo Rey Tampa offers rigorous academics, a Corporate Work Study Program, and faith formation.
In addition to the students' Advanced Placement Courses, they work a week a month to gain professional experience with our Corporate Work Study Partners.

THE DIFFERENCE

100 % of Cristo Rey students graduate High School and are accepted into college. 90% of our students are first-generation high school graduates.
Students are chosen by more than 50 local companies to join their staff for the entire school year. 96% of those students meet or exceed workplace expectations.
Students participate in mission trips to assist people in other parts of the world. A recent mission group spent a week in Puerto Rico helping local citizens.
