Community is important. Nourishment is important. The Woodstock CT Marathon works to create community around a large one day event in a small rural town AND to support Community Kitchens of Northeastern Connecticut who build community 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year, for over 40 years. Both are big challenges and I am honored to be part of them. Join me in financially supporting the people who take the actions of organizing, running, preparing, coaching, and cooking for their neighbors and each other. We all need nourishment and encouragement consistently. Lift up others and you will be lifted up.
