Team-based culinary challenge where our donor champions team up with our Gold Apron Society chefs to raise money, friends, and partners for MaxLove Project. The Challenge culminates in the App-Off Finale event at Tanaka Farms on September 16th.
Vickie and Matt became involved with MaxLove Project through Michael Puglisi’s Electric City Butcher and the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) Culinary program, which both supported MLP. We immediately recognized the deep and lasting impact MLP has in the lives of children diagnosed with cancer and their families.
Like many families in our community, we have been personally impacted by cancer and serious childhood illnesses. The support that MaxLove Project provides to children with cancer and their families is lifechanging. Vickie and I chose the Ohana team because Ohana is the Hawaiian word for “Family”. The services provided are Family focused because childhood cancer affects the entire family, not just one child.
Please help us in this fundraising effort so that MLP can continue to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families in our community and beyond.
