Terri Jordan's Story

BIO
Terri has served multiple enlisted leadership positions from Squad Leader to Detachment First Sergeant; Martin Army Hospital ER Ft. Moore, GA; Battalion PA and Senior Battalion PA 203rd Support Battalion, Battalion PA HHC 1 BN 15th IN Regt, and Brigade Surgeon, 3BCT, 3ID, Fort Moore, GA; Senior Brigade Aviation PA, 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade, Camp Humphreys, South Korea; Camp Humphreys Health Clinic OIC, South Korea, Senior PA Consultant, South Korea; Chief of Emergency Medicine, Fort Moore, GA. Terri was the first non-physician to be Moore's Chief of Emergency Medicine.

Among her many awards and decorations are; The Bronze Star Medal, Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal (3rd Award), Army Commendation Medal (5th Award), Army Achievement Medal (4th Award), Army Superior Unit Award, Good Conduct Medal (3rd Award), Army Reserve Component Achievement, National Defense Service Medal (2nd Award), Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal (2nd Award), Iraq Campaign Medal Campaign Star, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal (M device, 2nd Award), Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (3rd Award), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Army Reserve Overseas Ribbon, NATO Medal, Saudi Arabian for the Liberation of Kuwait, Kuwait Liberation Kuwait, Combat Medical Badge (with Star), Expert Field Medical Badge, and Flight Surgeon Wings. Terri was awarded the Distinguished Member of the US Army Medical Department and was inducted into The Order of Military Merit.

Terri retired to the southwest Georgia area with her husband William Jordan, a retired Command Sergeant Major who retired as the 35th Signal Brigade CSM, Ft. Gordon, GA, and their two children Gabrielle Gurrola and Jorge Gurrola. Terri is the owner of Acute Care Emergence which is a Veteran locally owned and operated Urgent Care Clinic serving Columbus and the Chattahoochee Valley. She has now opened ACE Vitality to bring aging health and vitality to Columbus. Her passion is making people feel good about themselves.
