David Roustio is a passionate advocate, author, and leader with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental differences. He has served in various roles, including Home Manager, Program Director, and Chief Program Officer, and currently works as the Director of Growth and Development at RHAM Inc., where he leads efforts to enhance direct care services. David is also an author, speaker, and host of The Direct Line podcast, which highlights the stories of professionals in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). A proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather — including three children with autism — David’s personal experiences deeply influence his work and creativity.
