KnockOut CF is a community based fitness event will be held at The Alexandria in Torrey Pines. The outdoor event will host a 5-6 station circuit workout for 50 minutes, and a catered outdoor reception and presentation to follow onsite. Registration: 5:30pm-6:00p, Group warm up: 6:00pm-6:10pm Circuit Workout Stations: 6:10pm-6:50pm Reception & Presentation: 7:00pm-8:30pm (Silent Auction will close at 8:15pm) - Free parking is available behind the Alexandria. - Attire is exercise appropriate for the first portion of the event. Facilities will be available for changing into more comfortable (and maybe drier) clothes for the catered reception. - This event is for ages 15 and up. - Individuals with CF in attendance will be asked to wear a provided identifier to maintain social distancing from others with CF also present.
