My team ILS (Independent Living Services) and the and the NHT (Nursing Home Transition) team, work tirelessly to make sure those who want to live in the community get back to living in the community. I’m fundraising in hopes to raise enough money to continue helping our consumers (folks with disabilities) have all they need to return home with the essentials they’ll need.
